About Me
My name is Osita Odunze, and I am a computer science student at Morgan State University with a passion for BCI and Artificial Intelligence/AI. I am actively engaged as an undergraduate researcher at Morgan State and the HAX lab. My goal is to explore the cutting-edge intersections of technology and human potential.

About My Mentor
My mentor, Dr. Chris Crawford from the University of Alabama, is a researcher whose work focuses on Brain-Computer Interfaces, as well as Human-Robot Interaction. His work aims to leverage novel neurophysiological sensing technologies, software engineering, and robotics to create tools and applications that support the exploration of Brain-Robot Interaction.
About My Project
Problem: Educational software that leverages physical computing devices and sensors needs more exploration.
Approach: This project involves:
- Integrating Makeblock and CyberPi with Keyestudio sensors.
- Emphasizing data collection and visualization to enhance educational experiences.
- Creating applications that show real-time data use from sensors like temperature, humidity, and motion.
Expected Outcome: A comprehensive conference poster presentation at the end of the DREU program, detailing the system’s architecture and the educational impact of using CyberPi for data-driven learning.
